World-class guitarist and Grammy-nominated songwriter and composer Gary Lucas is one of the most celebrated rock musicians today. His career spans over 40 years, with more than 20 acclaimed solo albums to date. Rolling Stone has called him “one of the best and most original guitarists in America” and The New Yorker described him as “a refreshingly understated guitar hero.”
Lucas tours the world relentlessly and has performed in more than 40 countries, including China, Cuba, the Canary Islands, Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, and throughout Europe, North and South Americas. He performs solo and with several different ensembles, including his longtime band Gods and Monsters, whose ranks once included the late singer Jeff Buckley, whose famous hits, "Grace" and "Mojo Pin," Lucas co-wrote.
