In this delicate portrait, a father and son spend a summer on Chinchorro reef on the Mexican coast, where the father works as a fisherman, so he may experience his paternal ancestors' homeland before returning to his mother in Rome. Skirting the line between documentary and fiction, Gonzalez-Rubio’s second feature features gorgeous underwater HD cinematography and is produced by Jaime Romandia (Carlos Reygadas’ Silent Light, Battle in Heaven, and Japón and Amat Escalante’s Los Bastardos and Sangre). 2010 Tiger Award Winner at International Film Festival Rotterdam.
