When the Warner Bros. roster of animated stars joins the live-action world, tempers begin to flare. Already resentful of Bugs Bunny’s stature and his own declining popularity, Daffy Duck gets fired by a studio VP (Elfman) and joins forces with a security guard (Fraser) who has also been kicked to the curb. Scripted by Simpsons veteran Larry Doyle, this boldly frenetic, often mind-boggling Chuck Jones homage is infused with Dante’s trademark love of pulpy pop culture.
