“Tonsils! Positively tonsils!” Dashing thief Gaston Monescu (Marshall) teams up with a pickpocket (Hopkins) in Venice to fleece a wealthy Parisian perfume maven (Kay Francis). But things get tricky when the mark falls for her would-be swindler.
