A mysterious cold wind has been blowing nonstop outside the Blue Mountains, forcing all the Blue Gnomes to hide inside their cave and threatening the Red Gnomes of the valley with destruction. Young queen Bluerose isn’t timid like the other Blue Mountain Gnomes and decides to search for a way to save the Red Gnomes. Together with her friend the Red Gnome king, she undertakes a special mission to find the Blue Horn, a lost magical artifact said to be able to change the weather by bringing warm or cold winds. The journey to find the lost horn is dangerous because, like all Norwegian Gnomes, if they are ever seen by a human being, they will disappear!
