Directed by Don Bluth | 1982
"It is something gorgeous to look at."
—Time Magazine

Animation Block Party presents Don Bluth's animation classic The Secret of Nimh.  With lush, hand-drawn animations and a mystical plot, this children's favorite turns the story of one brave little mouse into an eerily luminous fantasy classic. Based on the children’s novel Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH, the film marked the directorial debut of Bluth (An American Tale, The Land Before Time, All Dogs Go to Heaven), and follows the adventures of a brotherhood of powerful rats with a mysterious “Plan,” called upon by a widowed field mouse to save her home and family. Featuring the voice talents of Derek Jacobi, Dom DeLuise, and Elizabeth Hartman.
