The Black Rock Coalition salutes longtime BAMcafé friend Tom Terrell, the incisive music journalist, radio personality, and talent scout best known for bringing reggae group Steel Pulse to the US. As a tribute to Tom, the BRC performs Steel Pulse's signature album, True Democracy, in its entirety, prefaced by testimonials by Greg Tate and Amy Linden.
