Called “the most outrageously funny woman alive,” (Rolling Stone) the incomparable Sarah Silverman has seen more than her fair share of success in stand-up, on television and in film. Sarah has captured the hearts and funny bones of comedy fans on TV shows such as Saturday Night Live, The Larry Sanders Show, Mr. Show with Bob and Tom and the animated series Crank Yankers, and most recently, her Comedy Central series The Sarah Silverman Program. She proved to be one of the more shocking standouts in the over-the-top documentary film The Aristocrats and made an impressive showing in the feature film version of her hit one-woman show, Jesus Is Magic. Sarah is set to return to the New York Comedy Festival to bring her own comedy magic to BAM as she plays host to some of today’s funniest comedians.
