2008 SPRING SEASON TICKETING POLICIES
SUBSCRIPTIONS
A Spring Season subscription must consist of an equal
number of tickets to four or more different mainstage
events. No retroactive discounts are permitted.
Add-on Events
If you wish to add additional events to your subscription,
you may do so at a 20% discount rate; any events
added within 48 hours of that event's opening night will
be at the full single ticket price. Events added to your
subscription must carry an equal ticket quantity to all
other events in your series to receive a discount. To order
add-on events, please mail, fax, or phone in your order
to BAM Ticket Services. These orders cannot be placed
in person at the BAM Box Office or on BAM.org. All
orders are subject to ticket availability and handling fees.
“Bring
a Friend”
Add up to two single tickets to each event in your
subscription—tickets must be for the same date, time,
and price class as your subscription—and receive
15% off the full ticket price. BAM cannot guarantee
adjacent seating for tickets added to your subscription
after your original order is placed. These tickets cannot
be ordered at the box office window and must be
purchased at least 48 hours prior to the chosen event's
opening performance. All orders subject to availability
and handling fees.
The Fine Print
Subscriptions are seated in the order in which they
are received. Subscription orders must be received at
least 48 hours prior to the opening night of the first
performance in your series. Orders received at least two
weeks prior to the first performance in your series will be
mailed; all other orders will be held at the box office.
SINGLE TICKETS
Single tickets for Brooklyn Next and January events
(
Happy Days, Mavis Staples) go on sale Dec 3 (Nov 26
for Friends of BAM). All remaining Spring Season events
are available for single ticket purchase beginning Jan 2
(Dec 17 for Friends of BAM).
TICKET EXCHANGES
Subscribers may exchange their tickets at no charge for
a different date of the same event in the same price class
(subject to availability). All subscription tickets (including
"Bring a Friend" tickets) must be exchanged at the same
time for the same performance. Single ticket buyers may
exchange their tickets for a $15 per ticket fee ($8 for
Friends of BAM; no fee for Patrons) for a different date
of the same event in the same price class (subject to
availability).
To exchange your tickets, return them to BAM Ticket
Services by certifi ed mail at least 48 hours before the
original performance date, or come to the box office
at least one hour prior to the performance. Exchanges
cannot be made on lost tickets.
GROUPS
Groups of 20 or more are eligible for special discounts.

HOUSE POLICIES
BAM performances are accessible to
those who use wheelchairs. For information and to arrange accommodations,

Tickets are non-refundable. Programs, dates, times, and
venues are subject to change without notice.
Late seating is solely at the discretion of BAM management. Out of
respect for the artists and audiences, latecomers will only be admitted
to the theater if there is a suitable break in the performance. Ticketed
seat locations are not guaranteed past curtain time.
Children under five are not admitted unless explicitly noted.
