The always entertaining film preservationist/silent film accompanist Serge Bromberg returns with Treasures from a Chest, curated for BAM—no two screenings are alike! The films come from a treasure trove of found silent films; past programs have included shorts from Méliès, the Lumière brothers, Keaton, and Chaplin. This event always sells out, so make sure to buy your tickets in advance. Special thanks to the French Institute Alliance Francaise (FIAF), the Cultural Services of the French Embassy, and Lobster Films.
