Rashaun Mitchell and Silas Riener lead this class in movement articulation, specifically engaging multiple facets of the self at once. After a guided warm-up, participants tackle more complex phrase work, focusing on anatomical clarity drawn from components of Cunningham technique and elements of the duo’s current repertory.
