Directed by Frank Capra | 1944

With Cary Grant,Josephine Hull,Jean Adair,Raymond Massey,Peter Lorre

Frank Capra's black comedy is an adaptation of the hit stage play about two murderous old maids, starring Cary Grant as their harried, theater critic nephew who is aghast to discover that the otherwise genial grannies have been lacing their gentlemen guests' wine with arsenic. This madcap, macabre affair assembles a host of eccentric supporting players including Massey as Grant's homicidal older brother and Lorre as his creepy accomplice, Dr. Einstein.
