Straddling video and performance, Brooklyn-based artist Xavier Cha introduces her practice with a selection of videos, documentation, and discussion. Works to be shown include Body Drama (2011), originally staged at the Whitney Museum of American Art, in which performers emote pure fear to a live audience as well as to a camera fastened to their bodies, and a series of video portraits presented at 47 Canal gallery earlier this year, among others.
