Capturing the filmmaker and his collaborators (including Bulle Ogier) in conversation with legendary film critic Serge Daney, Denis displays a unique sensitivity to the relationship between people and environment—forgoing a traditional talking heads approach in favor of a open-air one, shot right on the streets of Paris.
