“Fantastically unnerving”
—Entertainment Weekly

Dani (Pugh) and Christian (Reynor) are a young American couple whose relationship is on the brink of collapse. After a family tragedy keeps them together, a grieving Dani decides to join Christian and his friends on a trip to a remote Swedish village for a once-in-a-lifetime midsummer festival. What begins as a carefree summer holiday in a land of eternal sunlight takes a sinister turn when the villagers invite their guests to partake in festivities that are increasingly unnerving. Ari Aster (Hereditary) directs this dread-soaked cinematic fairy tale where a world of darkness unfolds in broad daylight.
