What are the COVID protocols required for BAM staff and artists at the event?

All attending BAM staff and artists will provide a negative COVID-19 test. All BAM staff will be masked the entire event, and performers will only be unmasked when they are performing.

What are the COVID protocols required for audiences at the event?

All audience members who are vaccine eligible (above 12 years of age) who wish to enter the designated audience area will need to provide proof of vaccination and personal ID to gain entrance to the audience area. Anyone admitted to the audience area will be required to wear a mask at all times. Audience members are encouraged to maintain social distancing.

What types of proof of vaccination will you accept at the event?

With a personal ID, provide one of the following:

• CDC Vaccination Card. A photo or photocopy of this card is also acceptable.
• NYC Vaccination Record or other official immunization records from within or outside the U.S., including from your healthcare provider. A photo or photocopy of this card is also acceptable. If you are unable to get this record, call 311.
• NYC COVID Safe App: Android | iOS. You can upload to this app a photo of your CDC vaccination card or another official record, along with your photo ID.
• Excelsior Pass (or Excelsior Pass Plus). To use this app, you will need the phone number or email address associated with your NYC vaccination record. If you are unable to use this app, try one of the other options listed above.

How will BAM check my vaccination status?

To enter the audience area, please go to the lawn entrance (near the Visitor Center) where security will check your proof of vaccination and ID card.

Is food and/or drink allowed at the event?

Food and drink will be permitted. Guests may remove their masks when seated and eating and drinking only.

Can I exit the designated audience area at any time?

Yes, after you provide proof of vaccination upon first entering the designated audience area , you will be provided with a wristband that will allow you to enter and exit the area at will.

Where are the bathrooms located?

Restrooms will be outside the audience area near the Visitor Center.
