BAM presents Everybooty

“The parties are plentiful during Pride Week, but Everybooty at Brooklyn Academy of Music is set to become the arty-queer event of the season.”
—OUT.com

Everybooty descends on BAM this WorldPride weekend for a four-floor, more-is-more art party with the glitteriest critters of the queer art and nightlife worlds. This radical evening of revelry fills the BAM Fisher from basement to rooftop with performances, DJs, installations, and general ruckus, serving up too much as just enough.

New for 2019: a piano lounge for group singalongs, hosted by Lyra Vega and featuring special guests Salty Brine, Jo Lampert, Erin Markey, Tasha Michelle, and more! Andre J., Switch n’ Play, Flower Tortilla, Lady Quesa’Dilla, Viva Vidalia, Theydy Bedbug, and the House of LaBeija bring life to the Fishman Space, plus DJ sets by Papi Juice and J Clef and decor by Melo Davis. Photographs by internationally acclaimed artist project, Kings & Queens, will be featured in the lower lobby.

Presented in partnership with 651 ARTS

Origin
The Everybooty Story

Inspired by the boundary-busting Pride festivities of San Francisco and a sense that NYC was missing a truly queer pride celebration, Spank (Sean Bumgarner, William Lynn, and Jason Roe), Hey Queen (Sarah Jenny and Avory Agony), and Pussy Faggot (Earl Dax) came together to launch EVERYBOOTY in 2011.
