In a city where everyone has a story, Def Story Slam invites a unique cross-section of New Yorkers—including comedians, lyricists, authors, and more—to share theirs. Featuring tales from New York aficionadas like Toshi Reagon (pictured), Brian Tate and Carl Hancock Rux, this entertaining evening of stranger-than-fiction true tales tracks a multitude of wild, weird, and wonderful encounters. With music by DJ Spencer Blake and other special guest artists. Hosted by Danny Simmons and produced by Coakley Entertainment.
