The New Orleans-style big band Kenyatta Beasley Septet pays tribute to the music of legendary two-time Grammy-winning saxophonist and Count Basie collaborator Frank Foster with dynamic original arrangements of his work. Led by Beasley, the acclaimed trumpeter, producer, and composer, this all-star ensemble comprises Grammy winner Jeff “Tain” Watts on drums, veteran saxophonists Keith Loftis and Mark Gross, trombonist Vincent Gardner, bassist Dezron Douglas, pianist Anthony Wonsey, and special guest vocalist and Grammy nominee Carla Cook.
