Vibrant beats and legendary performers transform MetroTech Commons into a musical hotspot every summer. Now in its 25th year, this free concert series champions the adventurous voices of R&B, bringing together innovative styles and time-honored grooves Thursdays at noon.

Past highlights have included Ashford & Simpson, Aloe Blacc, Bernard Purdie, Booker T & the M.G.’s with guest Sharon Jones, Jimmy Cliff, Andra Day, Salif Keita, Marcus Miller, the Neville Brothers, Wilson Pickett, Snarky Puppy, Savion Glover featuring drummer Marcus Gilmore, and many more.

The BAM Rhythm & Blues Festival at MetroTech concert stage is located on the lawn at MetroTech Commons. MetroTech Commons is situated in Downtown Brooklyn between Jay Street and Flatbush Avenue where Myrtle Avenue ends.

By Subway
2/3 to Hoyt Street Station and walk two blocks north on Bridge Street
2/3/4/5 to Borough Hall Station and walk five blocks east
A/C/F/R to Jay Street-MetroTech Station and exit at Myrtle Promenade

By Bus
B25, B26, B38, B45, B51, B52, B54, B61, B63, B67, and B75 all stop within a three-block radius of MetroTech Center
