Clinical psychologist Kay Redfield Jamison (Night Falls Fast), an internationally acknowledged authority on depressive illnesses, and writer Andrew Solomon (Far From the Tree, The Noonday Demon) join philosopher Simon Critchley to discuss an epidemic that claims the lives of over 800,000 people a year. Using Marguerite Duras’ play Savannah Bay as a jumping-off point, they explore some of the key moral, psychological, and legal questions that have confronted societies from both the ancient and modern world.

Paris’ Théâtre de l'Atelier stages revered French writer Marguerite Duras’ mesmerizing two-character drama about the bond formed by two people in the space left by forgetting.
