Ira Flatow, the host of public radio’s Science Friday, hits the road with his entire crew to uncover the amazing science news and stories happening in local areas throughout the country—accompanied by music, props, video screenings, and demonstrations. Get a peek behind the curtain of your favorite national radio show and participate in a special live performance with the scientists.
Now in its 27th year, Science Friday is heard on nearly 400 public radio stations throughout the US and internationally, offering entertaining and educational stories about science, technology, health, and the environment. Host and executive producer Ira Flatow has been hailed by The New York Times as “one of the most influential communicators of science.” The program also regularly produces a variety of multimedia resources, including resources for educators, and videos from the frontlines of scientific exploration.
