The Long Goodbye: Livestream Edition FAQ
I bought a ticket for the original stream in December 2020. Do I need to buy another ticket to access the event on demand?
No. If you bought a ticket for the original livestream on Saturday, December 19, 2020, you can watch the stream again by logging into your existing MIF account. You should have received an email confirmation from MIF on January 28 detailing how to watch the stream on demand until Monday, March 1 at 6:59pm EST. If you did not receive this email, or if you have further questions, please reach out to tickets@mif.co.uk.
Where is my ticket?
You will receive an email confirmation from Manchester International Festival (MIF) at tickets@mif.co.uk shortly after your purchase, and a separate email with your digital ticket with subject line “Your MIF e-tickets are ready“ will follow. If the ticket was not received, please check your junk or spam folder, then contact the company at tickets@mif.co.uk. You can also access your ticket on the MIF website within “My Account”.

We recommend wearing headphones for an enhanced audio experience.
