Ticket Reservation Policies

Reservations and Payment Policies

Once your order has been submitted, an invoice for the total amount due will be emailed to you. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive this invoice. Upon BAM’s receipt of full payment, you will receive an updated invoice that confirms the amount is paid in full. No classes will be admitted into a performance without advance payment.

Payment Due Dates

Payment or a purchase order is due no later than 30 days after receipt of invoice. If reservations are made less than one month prior to the event, payment is due within seven calendar days. Pre- or post-show workshops are included with the reservation price, but are not guaranteed unless payment or a purchase order is received at least three weeks before the performance date. Please note that reservations that remain unpaid past the payment due date are not guaranteed and may be released to waitlisted schools.

TITLE 1 SCHOOL DISCOUNT

Title 1 schools may indicate their status upon reservation to be eligible for a 20% discount on BAM Education seats. Verification of status is necessary.

Accessibility & Inclusivity

All of our audience members are Future Artists at BAM, and BAM Education welcomes all and will do our best to accommodate the needs of everyone. Please let BAM Education know if your students require special assistance or individual seating accommodations. BAM facilities are wheelchair accessible and our staff is happy to assist teachers and students as they navigate through our spaces and make their BAM experience joyful and enriching. BAM Education also presents relaxed performances for audience members with sensory sensitivities.

Pre- and/or Post-show Workshops

Before or after every school-time performance (depending on your availability), one of BAM’s teaching artists will lead an arts-focused workshop in your classroom to prepare or debrief your class on the performance. Through group discussions, theater exercises, writing prompts, and art-making, your students will be activated as artists and gain invaluable insight information on the production. Pre- or post-show workshops are free and run the length of the class period (approximately 45 mins). For more information, please contact Director of Education, Ava Kinsey, at akinsey@BAM.org.
