StoryCorps Military Voices
StoryCorps is one of the largest oral history projects of its kind. Since 2003, StoryCorps has collected and archived more than 50,000 interviews from more than 80,000 participants.
About this Series
The StoryCorps Military Voices Initiative helps bridge the gap in understanding between military families and civilians. It provides a platform for post-9/11 veterans, service members, and their families to record their stories, and shares them with the public through monthly broadcasts on NPR. These three short films animated by the Rauch Brothers honor their voices and experiences.
