Inspired by the upcoming 50th Anniversary of the 1963 March on Washington, this exhibition explores the Civil Rights journey of African Americans during the past half-century. Curated by Dexter Wimberly and featuring works by Derrick Adams, Kimberly Becoat, Delphine Diaw Diallo, Oasa DuVerney, Simone Leigh, Kenya Robinson, Ali Santan, Hank Willis Thomas, and Mickalene Thomas.
Join the curator and artists on February 5 for a reception in the Natman Room from 6-9PM to celebrate this exhibition. Complimentary beer provided by Brooklyn Brewery.
