In conjunction with this year’s celebration of Martin Luther King, Jr., BAM presents a community art exhibition featuring original artwork by students from the University Settlement Atlantic Terminal Community Center. Every year, BAM offers free art workshops, led by visual artist Che Baraka, to children living in Brooklyn public housing residences. The original artwork featured in this year’s exhibition, which is inspired by Dr. King, is a collaboration by participating students.
