Mobile Ticketing FAQ

How can I get mobile tickets for my upcoming performance?

If mobile tickets are available for an event, you will have the option to select “Mobile Tickets” as the delivery method when checking out for your purchase.

I didn't select “Mobile Tickets” as the delivery method on my order. Can I still access mobile tickets?

Unfortunately, no. If you selected “Hold at Box Office,” you will need to pick up your tickets at the BAM box office. If you selected “Mail Delivery,” you will need to use the tickets that were mailed to you. If you cannot find your tickets, contact BAM Ticket Services at 718.636.4100.

Can I print my mobile tickets?

Yes. When you select “Mobile Tickets,” you will still be able to print the pdf ticket attached to your receipt email. Although the design of the ticket has been altered to accommodate mobile use, the pdf can still be printed at home and scanned from paper, if you prefer to have a physical copy of your ticket.

I can't find the receipt email for my mobile ticket purchase. Can I access mobile tickets on BAM.org?

Yes. Mobile tickets can be accessed by logging into your account on BAM.org and clicking “My Account.” In the My Performances section, click the “View Mobile Tickets” button in the event modules.

Where is the My Account section on BAM.org?

The My Account section of BAM.org is only accessible after you have logged into the website. Once logged in, it is accessible on the right side of the top navigation bar on desktop or the bottom navigation bar on mobile. If you are currently logged in, click here to be taken directly to My Account.

How do I add mobile tickets to Apple Wallet?

After selecting “Mobile Tickets” as the delivery method, both your receipt email and the confirmation page displayed after checkout will contain an “Add to Apple Wallet” badge. The badges can also be found when you click on “My Performances” in the My Account section on BAM.org. Click “Add to Apple Wallet” to view the ticket, then select “Add.”

Tickets must be added to Apple Wallet one at a time. When adding multiple tickets to Apple Wallet, be sure to check that all of your tickets were added.

How can I send a mobile ticket to a friend?

If you plan to send a mobile ticket to a friend, be sure to keep track which ticket you will use. A ticket can only be scanned once for entry.

The best way to send mobile tickets to a friend is by sharing a pass in Apple Wallet. After you’ve added the tickets to your Apple Wallet (see above), click on the icon in the bottom right corner of the pass and select “Share Pass.” You can share via email or SMS message.

You can also forward the mobile ticket pdf that is attached to your email receipt, but keep in mind that you will be forwarding a single pdf that contains all of the tickets you purchased to that performance. So you’ll need to coordinate with your friend as to which ticket they should have scanned when entering the venue.

I need to make changes to my order. Will I still be able to use mobile tickets?

Unfortunately, no. When an order is changed and new tickets are issued, the mobile tickets that were issued to you at the time of purchase will no longer be valid and you will not be able to access mobile tickets for that order on BAM.org. Instead new tickets will be held at the box office or mailed.
