In the unlikely event of a canceled performance, ticket holders are offered the option of attending another performance of the same production (pending availability) or receiving a refund. If you prefer, you may make a tax deductable ticket donation to BAM.

Please choose one of the following methods to handle your exchange/refund/donation

1. You may exchange/refund/donate your tickets in person at the box office.

2. You may arrange an exchange (subject to ticket availability), donate your tickets or request a refund by calling BAM Ticket Services at 718.636.4100.

3. You may do nothing, in which case your tickets for the canceled performance will be refunded to your original method of payment once the production has closed.

Please note: if you purchased your tickets with cash, you must come in person to the box office to make an exchange or receive your refund.

Exchanges are subject to availability. The value of the original ticket will be applied to a future performance. Ticket holders who exchange into seats of a higher value will be responsible for the balance. Those downgrading to a lower priced seat will receive a refund for the difference.
