
During the program, BIAC Interns learn what it takes to have a career in arts management, get post-high school planning support, and learn critical wellness practices to help them manage life's transitions while building community.
BIAC empowers all participants to be their most authentic selves while contributing to their community and sharpening their vision, voice, and power!
SCHEDULE
This program runs in three sessions: Summer 2026 (one week in August), Fall 2026 (October through December), and Spring 2027 (February through June).
The Summer 2026 program runs Monday to Friday from 11am to 3pm for one week. Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 programs run one or two days per week after school from 4 to 6pm.

QUALIFICATIONS
● Be a rising senior attending a high school in one of the five New York boroughs (Brooklyn, Manhattan, Staten Island, Queens, or the Bronx)
● Have an interest in the arts, such as visual art, performance, media, design, literary arts, or arts professions
● Be willing to collaborate and learn with others
● Maintain an overall GPA of 2.0 or higher
● Provide an unofficial high school transcript
