Get support with post high school plans, learn critical wellness practices to manage life’s transitions, and go behind-the-scenes at BAM to discover what it takes to create a fulfilling career in the arts—all while building community.
KEY DATES
Schedule: This program runs in three sessions: Summer 2022, Fall 2023, and Spring 2023. The Summer session meets virtually with potential for select in-person meetings and/or events. Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 program formats are to be determined.
Application Deadline: June 2023
QUALIFICATIONS
● Must be a rising senior attending a high school in one of the five New York boroughs (Brooklyn, Manhattan, Staten Island, Queens, and the Bronx)
● Interest in the arts, such as visual art, performance, media, design, literary arts, or arts professions
● Willingness to collaborate and learn with others
● An overall GPA of 2.0 or higher
● An unofficial high school transcript
● Must have NYC Employment Certificate (working papers)

All performances will adhere to protocols developed in accordance with New York State regulations and in consultation with medical professionals for the safety of our artists, audiences, and staff
