University Library
(2004)
Dir. Rosalind Nashashibi
8min, Digital

The everyday hums of a university library, with its aisles of books, study tables, computers, and in-between spaces, are brought to life by the comings and goings of university students and staff.

Spiritual Kung Fu (1978)
Dir. Lo Wei
97min, Digital
With Jackie Chan, James Tien Chun, Wu Wen-Siu, Li Kun, Dean Shek Tin, Kao Chiang, Lee Hae-ryong, Wong Ching, Bang Su-il.

In Cantonese with English subtitles

In this rambunctious Hong Kong Kung Fu flick, the theft of a book from the Shaolin monastery library sets off a series of events that lead to plenty of slapstick gags and thrilling fights choreographed by Jackie Chan himself. Directed by Lo Wei, the irrepressible Chan stars as a mischievous and guileless student monk who stumbles upon a quintet of ghosts when he is sent to guard the monastery library. With a supernatural bent and gloriously low-budget special effects, Spiritual Kung Fu is a thrilling and hilarious gem of the genre.
