After 17 years, André 3000’s hiatus from full-length recording came to a glorious and merciful end when the Atlanta-based musician—best known as one half of southern rap duo Outkast—released a remarkably unexpected solo record: an ethereal tapestry of spiritual jazz and transcendental flute music.
