Gabby Beans (Anita Hill) is a Tony Award–nominated actor whose Broadway credits include The Skin of Our Teeth and Romeo + Juliet. Her other theater credits include Jonah, for which she received a Lucille Lortel Award for Outstanding Lead Performer in a Play; I’m Revolting; Anatomy of a Suicide; and Marys Seacole. Her television credits include Presumed Innocent, Succession, The Good Fight, Blue Bloods, House of Cards, and Ray Donovan. Her film credits include The Harbinger, Our Son, Rob Peace, Honey Don’t!, and Steven Spielberg’s Disclosure Day.

Teagle F. Bougere (Clarence Thomas) Teagle F. Bougere’s Broadway credits include Oedipus; The Tempest, opposite Patrick Stewart; A Raisin in the Sun, opposite Phylicia Rashad; and Ivo van Hove’s The Crucible. His extensive Off-Broadway credits include The New Englanders, The Beast in the Jungle, Is God Is, and numerous productions with the Public Theater, including Coriolanus, Socrates, Julius Caesar, Antony and Cleopatra, Macbeth, and Henry V. He created the title role in the world premiere stage adaptation of Ralph Ellison’s Invisible Man. His television credits include Queen America, Law & Order: SVU, The Blacklist, Bull, The Mist, and The Path. His film credits include Night at the Museum, The Pelican Brief, Two Weeks Notice, A Beautiful Mind, and The Impostors.

Lee Sunday Evans (Creator, Director) is a two-time Obie Award-winning director and the Artistic Director of Waterwell. She recently directed the world premiere of A Wrinkle in Time by Lauren Yee, with music and lyrics by Heather Christian, at Arena Stage. Notable credits include: Waterwell’s The Ford/Hill Project, which she co-created with Elizabeth Marvel (Woolly Mammoth, The Public Theater); Dance Nation by Clare Barron (Playwrights Horizons, Steppenwolf); Safety Not Guaranteed by Nick Blaemire with music and lyrics by Ryan Miller (BAM); Waterwell’s The Courtroom, created with Arian Moayed, which premiered in a courtroom in the 2nd Circuit Thurgood Marshall Courthouse; Caught by Christopher Chen (PlayCo); Detroit Red by Will Power (ArtsEmerson); Sunday by Jack Thorne (Atlantic); In the Green by Grace McLean (LCT3); Miller, Mississippi by Boo Killebrew (Long Wharf, Dallas Theater Center); and Home by Geoff Sobelle (BAM Next Wave). She directed the film adaptation of The Courtroom, which premiered at Tribeca Film Festival in 2022 and has had grassroots screenings around the country (thecourtroomfilm.com). As part of her work at Waterwell, she has partnered with the Council on Foreign Relations, the National Center for Youth Law, Labor Notes, the Dignity Not Detention Coalition, and others to create original projects that make robust contributions to their work on public policy, communications, and organizing.

Josh Hamilton (Brett Kavanaugh) was most recently seen on the stage in Wallace Shawn’s What We Did Before Our Moth Days. He recently starred in Noah Baumbach’s Jay Kelly opposite George Clooney and Adam Sandler; in Mas Bouzidi’s debut, Concessions; in Tina Satter’s acclaimed Reality opposite Sydney Sweeney (HBO Films); and in Cory Finley’s Landscape With Invisible Hand (MGM). Josh earned an Independent Spirit Award nomination for his performance in Bo Burnham’s Eighth Grade, and can also be seen in Bradley Cooper’s Maestro, Ilana Glazer’s False Positive, and Amazon’s The Map of Tiny Perfect Things. On TV, he stars in Apple’s The Last Thing He Told Me and in Peacock’s The Five-Star Weekend, and was a series regular on AMC’s The Walking Dead.

Elizabeth Marvel (Creator, Christine Blasey Ford) has won four Obie Awards for her Off-Broadway work, including for the title role in Ivo van Hove’s 2004 production of Hedda Gabler. Most recently, she starred Off-Broadway in Sabbath’s Theater. Her numerous Broadway credits include Other Desert Cities, a role she originated Off-Broadway. Her television credits include Apple TV+’s Presumed Innocent, HBO Max’s Love and Death, Hulu’s The Dropout, Peacock’s Mrs. Davis, Hulu’s Helstrom, Showtime’s Homeland, and Netflix’s House of Cards. She appeared in Blitz Bazawule’s film adaptation of The Color Purple and can be seen alongside Viola Davis in the Amazon Prime Video action-thriller G20. She is in the upcoming film The Life and Deaths of Wilson Shedd, which stars Amanda Seyfried. Marvel is a graduate of the Juilliard School.
