Hosted by Uniquely Me Creative Arts (UMCA) and BAM, this empowering Father’s Day community event is designed to train dads and caregivers of children with disabilities in life-saving CPR and practical safety strategies while building confidence, connection, and community support.
Participants will engage in hands-on CPR and first aid demonstrations, emergency preparedness guidance, home and community safety tips, and conversations focused on supporting children with disabilities and sensory needs. Fathers will also gain access to valuable community resources in a welcoming, sensory-conscious environment.
While dads participate in the training sessions, children will enjoy structured, sensory-focused activities supported by UMCA staff and volunteers.
This special event honors fathers who show up every day for their children and provides practical tools to help them feel prepared, empowered, and supported.
