The Fine Print

House and Ticket Policies

Late seating is solely at the discretion of management and ticketed seat locations are not guaranteed past curtain time.

Children under age five are not admitted unless explicitly noted.

Personal recording devices
Photography and personal recording devices are strictly prohibited; all cell phones, pagers, and other electronic devices must be turned off inside our venues.

All sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations. Tickets are non-transferable.

Subscriptions

See more, save more! Subscription packages are available for select season programs at a discount. For the current season, Yours Theirs Ours, we offer the following:

GENERAL PUBLIC
15% off 3—5 shows
25% off 6+ shows
All subscriptions require an equal number of tickets to each presentation, and cannot be purchased at the box office. Prices subject to change after February 3.

All subscriptions require that you purchase an equal number of tickets to each presentation. Subscriptions must be purchased online or by phone; they cannot be purchased in person at the box office. Note: For all ticketed presentations in Yours Theirs Ours, prices are subject to change after February 3.

Only subscribers can purchase Bring a Friend tickets at 10% off the regular ticket price (maximum of two per presentation). Please note, adjacent seating is not guaranteed, and Bring a Friend tickets added after your initial subscription order can only be purchased by phone at 718.636.4100.

Medea is eligible for subscription! Simply add tickets for this presentation to your cart as part of your subscription package for Yours Theirs Ours. Already have tickets for MedeaMedea tickets will automatically count as one of the three shows in your subscription.

There is a maximum of six tickets per presentation. For Group Sales, please call BAM Ticket Services at 718.636.4100.

Fees
Subscription purchases incur a $15 handling fee per order or a $6.50 fee per ticket after the initial order, not to exceed $15 per order. Handling fees are waived for BAM Members Level 2 ($150) and above.

The facility fee for all purchases is $2 per ticket.

Exchanges
All ticket exchanges are subject to availability and we cannot accommodate exchanges for lost tickets. The fee for exchanges is $15 per ticket. Exchange fees are waived for subscribers and BAM Members Level 3 ($300) and above.

To exchange your tickets, call BAM Ticket Services at least 48 hours before the date of your event or visit the BAM Box Office at least one hour before the start time of your event. Tickets must be in hand at the time of exchange, unless held at will call.

Single Tickets

Fees
All single ticket purchases made online or by phone incur a $6.50 handling fee per ticket or, for events in which the top ticket price is $25 or less, a $2.50 fee per ticket. Handling fees are waived for in-person transactions at the box office and for BAM Members Level 2 ($150) and above.
