Late seating is solely at the discretion of management, and ticketed seat locations are not guaranteed past curtain time.
Children under age five are not admitted unless explicitly noted.
Personal electronic devices
Photography and personal recording devices are strictly prohibited. All cell phones, pagers, and other electronic devices must be turned off inside our venues.

Tickets
All sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations. Tickets are non-transferable. All prices are subject to change.
All purchases incur a facility fee of $3 per ticket.
There is an eight-ticket maximum purchase per performance.
Single Tickets
BAM Members and Patrons save 20% on single tickets purchased in advance, and 50% on up to two same-day performance tickets. Exclusions may apply; refer to each program page for details regarding availability.
Fees
All single-ticket purchases made online or by phone incur an $8 handling fee per ticket or, for events in which the top ticket price is under $35, a $4.50 fee per ticket. Handling fees are waived for in-person transactions at the box office and for BAM Members Tier 2 ($250—$499) and above.
Exchanges
All ticket exchanges are subject to availability. The fee for exchanges is $15 per ticket. Exchange fees are waived for BAM Members Tier 2 ($250–$499) and above.
To exchange your tickets, call BAM Ticket Services at 718.636.4100 at least 48 hours before the date of your event.
When exchanging performance tickets, the current day’s pricing will be applicable.
BAM Bundles
What is a BAM Bundle?
Purchase three or more performances for the current season in one transaction to create a Bundle and save 30% on your entire order. BAM Bundles may be purchased online or over the phone. BAM Bundles will remain available for purchase as long as there are three eligible performances remaining in the season.
BAM Bundles cannot be created retroactively on previously purchased single tickets. There is a maximum of eight tickets per performance within a Bundle. If you have already purchased a BAM Bundle and wish to add additional performances or tickets up to a maximum of eight tickets per performance at your 30% discount, please call Ticket Services at 718.636.4100. Additional BAM Bundle tickets must be purchased over the phone to apply to your existing order.

BAM Bundle discounts are applicable to Full Price tickets only and cannot be combined with other offers. BAM Member and Patron 20% advance discounts are overridden when purchasing a BAM Bundle.
