Do you believe that art can change the world? Unite your creative spirit and passion for social justice in this unique afterschool performing arts program. Led by BAM’s innovative teaching artists, come together with fellow high school students to create an original theater piece that speaks to an issue you’re fired up about—and then share it in a final performance in one of BAM’s state-of-the-art theaters.

Applications will be considered through January 19, 2026.

Spring Schedule:
4—6pm
Every Monday and Wednesday
January—May 2026

Rolling Application
All students must complete an online application and interview to be considered for the program. No previous experience is required.

All performances will adhere to protocols developed in accordance with New York State regulations and in consultation with medical professionals for the safety of our artists, audiences, and staff
