CURRICULUM CONNECTIONS: Global History, Dance, Social Studies (African culture)

The nation's largest festival dedicated to African dance returns for a 39th year, giving students the chance to engage with the diverse cultures of Africa and the African diaspora. DanceAfrica 2016 turns its focus to the West African music and dance traditions of Senegal.

Please note: Seating will be assigned by grade. Grades K—6 in orchestra/mezzanine; Grades 7—12 will be seated in the balcony.
