A good girl is forced to join a dangerous all-girl high school gang, and only her waiter boyfriend and a caring female teacher can possibly help her before it might be too late. Condemned by PTA groups in Los Angeles, this low-budget feature was what happened when American International Pictures, the indie production company behind Roger Corman’s Edgar Allan Poe movies and the popular Beach Party series, broke from its familiar formula of horror and hot rods to ride a juvenile delinquency wave kicked off by The Blackboard Jungle and Rebel without a Cause.
