Snow Policy

Ticket holders are reminded that all BAM sales are final; tickets are refunded only in the event of a canceled performance.

Unless otherwise noted, performances at BAM take place regardless of weather conditions.

Ticket holders who find themselves unable to attend a performance, for any reason including inclement weather, can donate their tickets to BAM by calling BAM Ticket Services at 718.636.4100 prior to the performance. Receipts for donated tickets are sent by mail at the end of the season.

Additionally, BAM will make every effort to assist with ticket exchanges in accordance with our standard exchange policies. .

In the rare event of a canceled performance or event, ticket holders will be contacted by BAM regarding refund or exchange procedures. This information will also be posted online.
