Pink Floyd – The Wall
Sep 19—24, 2026
Directed by Alan Parker (1982)
With
Bob Geldof, Christine Hargreaves, James Laurenson, Eleanor David, Kevin McKeon, Bob Hoskins
Featuring sparse dialogue and a mesmerizing combination of experimental animation and live action, Alan Parker’s visualization of a landmark album lives in a limbo between music video and narrative film. Tracing the trials and tribulations of rock star Pink, driven to madness by the privilege of stardom and trauma of his upbringing, the kaleidoscopic odyssey is at times horrifying and others jubilant. Pink Floyd — The Wall is the visualized embodiment of the angst reverberating through the rock opera concept album of the same name, which established Pink Floyd as perhaps the distinctive voice in prog rock.
