Directed by Colin Higgins (1980)
With Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin, Dolly Parton, Dabney Coleman, Elizabeth Wilson, Sterling Hayden
Three working women try to overthrow their misogynist, egotistical boss in this wacky, over-the-top 1980 comedy. Directed by Colin Higgins (writer of Harold and Maude), and perhaps best-known for its titular theme song, the workplace romp spawned a television series, stage adaptation, and further launched Dolly Parton to mainstream superstardom.
